1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Hellothere platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Hellothere provides an AI-powered receptionist platform enabling businesses to configure and deploy AI agents for automated incoming call handling, integrating with Amazon Lex and Google Dialogflow.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Two-factor authentication is strongly recommended.
- You may not share your account or credentials with any third party.
4. Workspaces
- Each account may belong to one or more Workspaces.
- Workspace owners are responsible for agents and members within their workspace.
- Members are granted roles (admin, editor, viewer) that determine access level.
5. AI Agents and Call Handling
- AI agents you configure handle incoming calls via the Hellothere Switch infrastructure.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of your agent's responses.
- Hellothere may disable agents that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to violate any law, impersonate others, transmit spam or malware, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HELLOTHERE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
