2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, profile photo, and authentication credentials.

Social Login: If you authenticate via Google, Facebook, or X/Twitter, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from that provider.

Workspace Data: Agent configurations, workspace memberships, and activity logs.

Call Data: Metadata from calls handled by AI agents. Audio is processed by your configured AI provider (Amazon Lex or Google Dialogflow) under their respective policies.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the Service
  • To authenticate your identity (including via 2FA)
  • To process AI agent calls through the Hellothere Switch
  • To send administrative communications
  • To enforce our Terms of Service

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Amazon Web Services / Google Cloud for AI agent processing
  • Authentication providers (Google, Facebook, X/Twitter) when you choose social login
  • Legal authorities when required by law

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security including TLS encryption, two-factor authentication, role-based access controls, and regular security audits.

You may access, update, or delete your data via your Profile page or by contacting us.
